Dyke Industries is a privately held company which has been in business since 1866. Dyke Industries, Inc. is the corporate successor to two millwork manufacturing companies, Dyke Bros., established in Fort Smith, Arkansas in 1870, and Cole Manufacturing Company, established in Memphis, Tennessee 1866. The company in its present form was incorporated in 1942. Our fifteen distribution outlets are strategically located providing 18 states with a broad line of residential and commercial building materials including interior and exterior doors, millwork, and windows. Position Description: 

  • Ensures daily tasks are complete prior to end of shift 
  • Produce frame parts and components for exterior door frames.  
  • Install glass inserts into door slabs 
  • Build exterior door units 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty and integrity 
  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well 
  • Team Player: Works well as a member of a group 
  • Ability to use wood working tools (Saws, drills & Tape measure) 

Motivations:

  • Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help 

Job Type: 

  • Full-time

Pay/Compensation: 

  • This is an hourly position ranging from $16-$20 per hour depending on experience.
